I want to give special mention to Khalil, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Khalil went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From arranging transportation to providing local tips, his assistance was invaluable. Additionally, I would like to highlight the efforts of Karen, a new staff member, who made every effort to help despite being new to her role. Her enthusiasm and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and added to the positive experience I had at Casa D'or. Fantastic location in Hamra. Streets around are full of restaurants with great food. The hotel beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff was mostly very friendly and professional. Receptionist, Amira, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Gave great recommendations and advice on places to go and how to get there.

The staff and location was superb. It was a nice place to stay. It had met my expectations.

An excellent location in Hamra district of Beirut, close to all amenities and great parking facilities. Breakfast was reasonable, akin to a continental style breakfast but with some cooked options. Very safe area and even though Beirut was suffering from energy crisis the hotel managed to keep the power on with backup generators when electric was off.
